Mihir Nerurkar is the Managing Director and Operating Partner, Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group for India. In this role,he oversees operations of all infrastructure assets and the overall performance of Brookfield’s infrastructure portfolio companies in India.

Mr. Nerurkar joined Brookfield in 2018 with over 20 years of experience across financial services, real estate and infrastructure sectors. He began his career as a Management Consultant with Deloitte Consulting in New York and subsequently held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Director at a real estate firm, as well as served as an Advisory Board Member of a boutique investment bank.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University in India and a Master’s from Syracuse University.

Arpit Agrawal is the Managing Director and Head of Investments for India and the Middle East in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group.

He joined Brookfield in 2016 in the Mumbai office and has been responsible for leading Brookfield’s investments in roads, gas pipelines, telecom towers and data centers, including the largest infrastructure investments in India.

Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Agarwal spent 7 years with Morgan Stanley’s infrastructure fund business where he was involved in transactions across renewable energy, transportation, and utility sectors.

Mr. Agarwal holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.

Dhananjay Joshi is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for Summit Digitel. 

His ongoing stint is preceded by an able demonstration of leadership through the

roles of Chief Executive Officer for QuadGen Wireless Solutions Ltd. and Chief Operating Officer at Bharti Infratel Limited.

Mr. Joshi is an experienced professional who also has a history of working with Ericsson India Private Ltd. and BPL mobile. He has a demonstrated history of working in the telecom industry and is skilled in Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), Code Division Multiple Access Method (CDMA), Pre-sales, Business Development, and Wireless Technologies.

He is an alumnus of the University of Mysore, where he pursued his engineering degree.

Pooja is a Chartered accountant by profession with 23+ years of diversified experience across industries such as Power and energy, infrastructure, IT, ITES across various countries and cultures (US, Latin America, UK, Japan, India and Australia). Her experience includes managing Board relationship, fund raising, equity raise, mergers and acquisitions, business partnering, finance, accounting, reporting, procurement and legal and secretarial.

Mr. Jagdish Kini has a deep understanding of the telecom, FMCG & Retail business, combined with vast leadership experience in managing and motivating large teams. He was the executive Director & Ceo of Airtel and MD & Ceo of Gillette India. His areas of special interest lie in developing organizational long term strategy, developing Go-to-Market strategies and plans, developing and managing new territories, people management, sales processes and decision making.

Jagdish’s focus is on business strategy and execution, coaching and motivational talks for clients. He is also a trained executive Coach and mentor to young entrepreneurs.

Mr. Sunil Srivastav is a Banker and retired as Deputy Managing Director of the Corporate Accounts Group at the State Bank of India, where he served for 38 years having joined as a probationer in 1980.

During his last assignment, Mr. Srivastav was heading the Corporate Banking vertical for the bank responsible for meeting the credit and banking requirements of large corporate customers and also spearheaded on behalf of the banking industry, the resolution and recovery process, both pre and post NCLT.

He has spent a major part of his career in Corporate Banking at SBI, Investment Banking at SBI Capital Markets ltd., besides a five year stint at the new York Bank which afforded him an exposure in International Banking.

Mr. Srivastav is a graduate of the Delhi university and a MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu university.

Dhananjay Joshi holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from the University of Mysore. 

Mr. Joshi has 30 years of diverse experience in deploying Telecommunication Networks & Business Management of Mobile Telecommunication Infrastructure Projects. Prior to joining Summit Digitel, he served as the CEO of QuadGen Wireless Solutions Pvt Ltd. He has also worked with BPL Mobile, Ericsson India and Bharti Infratel.  He has worked in the capacity of Customer Unit Head /Key Account Manager responsible for complete end-to-end business cycle with P&L responsibility, Innovative Business Models to work with Mobile Operators. He has established C level relationships in customer organisations as well as in the telecom industry.

Devesh Garg has over 25 years of experience in diverse industries like Automotive, Oil & Gas and Industrial products, Telecom Infrastructure. Devesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree and an MBA in International Business.

He has worked in organizations like Honda Siel Power Products, Gujarat Gas, Ester Industries and Indus Towers prior to joining Summit Digitel. He has been successful in building relationships and stakeholder management with senior decision-makers, technology partners and external agencies. He possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive and has expertise in setting up and managing business operations.

Sachin Naik is a senior telecom professional with extensive experience in telecommunication business management, network operations, product management and infrastructure rollout. 

Sachin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Karnataka Regional Engineering College & PGCBM from XLRI Jamshedpur. 

Prior to joining Summit, he served as the COO for Bharti Infratel and as Country Manager – Nepal for Ericsson. At Ericsson he was responsible for setting up the proposal management centre, which was developed as a Global factory for proposals. He has served with the Indian Airforce as a short service commissioned officer in the AE(L) branch.

Dinesh Jain, a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of work experience in sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, and real estate, brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization. As a seasoned professional, he provides an excellent balance between strategic and operational finance expertise. In addition to collaborating with CEOs and promoters, he has managed external stakeholders - lenders, private equity funds, joint venture partners, M&A transactions, and business divestitures from a local and international market perspective.

Through effective people management, he has a track record of partnering with businesses. Finance and operations restructuring, fundraising, dealing with Indian and international joint venture partners are among his strengths. Overseeing and managing accounting and internal controls, Legal and Secretarial, Taxation and Corporate Governance for listed and unlisted companies is his expertise. 

He was Group CFO of Ashok Piramal Group before joining Summit Digitel. He has worked for companies including JSW Steel Ltd., HCC Infrastructure Ltd., Future Group, and Petronet India Ltd.

Sunil Panjwani has 25 years of global work experience in governance, risk management, compliance and auditing. Sunil holds a Commerce degree, MBA in Finance and Master of Science in MIS. 

He spent 16 years in the US with companies such as Sears Holding (Sears & Kmart retail chains), KPMG, and Deloitte in various senior roles. Before joining Summit Digitel, he served as the Chief Audit Executive for CG Power & Industrial Solutions (formerly Crompton Greaves) where he also had additional charge as Global Head of HSE. He also has a number of globally recognized  professional certifications – Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Inder has over 25 years of experience in Finance and Commercial leadership roles at Fortune 500 – BP plc. (Global Energy Co) & Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited besides 3 years of training at Ernst & Young (EY). In his last role at BP, had enabled setting up finance for BP’s new business in India post acquisition of stake in the Oil & Gas Assets from Reliance. He had delivered Business Integration including Governance and led Treasury and Risk Management, ERP system, Global/India financial reporting, statutory and tax compliances etc.

He is a Commerce Graduate, Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor (USA) & Certified SAP FICO module. 

Renuka Gowda is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in the field of human resources and administration. With a background that includes work at companies such as Foxconn Group, Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd, Evergreen (India) Pvt Ltd, and Peak Infrastructure Management Services Pvt. Ltd, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Summit Digitel.

Throughout her career, Renuka has demonstrated a strong commitment to managing HR initiatives that nurture an environment conducive to organizational success. In addition to building effective HR processes and systems, she is known for supporting the needs of employees and the organization as a whole.
